By accessing and using DentFlowPro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use DentFlowPro for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Subscription and Billing

DentFlowPro is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes with 30 days notice

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring accuracy of patient data
• Compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

DentFlowPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
